How do I get upgrades?  Upgrades and updates are provided by Blue Nomad, LLC in its sole discretion. That being said, all of our upgrades to date have been free to all registered users! If you haven't received the latest upgrade from us, please send us your full name and the email address you registered under to upgrades@bluenomad.com.

After the daylight savings time change, my timesync on the palm is one hour off... how do I fix this?
There are two different TimeSync options. There is one that comes with BackupBuddy for Windows and there's also a separate TimeSync application. The separate, stand-alone application should be DST aware at this time. This works with version 1.02 on the handheld. For some users the DST in BackupBuddy's TimeSync isn't working. If you live in a time zone with DST and have trouble, please contact our support dept. You may need to try installing version 1.01 to the handehld and then select or unselect the DST option as needed. Please make sure your Palm date/time prefs DST setting is also correct. If you have a copy of the previous TimeSync version 1.01, you can remove 1.02 from the handheld and replace with 1.01.

How do I change my registered email address?  Please send us an email to  upgrades@bluenomad.com be sure to include your full name, old email address and new address to expedite.
