You can purchase (i.e., register) our software online or via email or fax, as described below.  Registered users of our software are entitled to free technical support and maintenance releases.  Please check the support center for more information

To register BackupBuddy for Windows and Mac OS X, BackupBuddyVFS Professional, Swordfish, or WordSmith:   simply purchase the product as described below and you will receive your registration key download link in a sales email or as an attachment to the sales email. Once you receive the registration key, install the key file to your handheld device and hotsync with the desktop PC to register. WordSmith can also accept registration codes.

If you are using Outlook to receive email, you must make sure your security settings are not blocking attachments. You may need to uncheck the option in your tools/options/ security menu in Outlook. We can resend the key file if needed.

To register a trial version of BackupBuddyVFS Personal, InstallBuddy, TimeSync or Mines: simply purchase the full version of the product and download and install the registered version of the product over the trial version.  For these products, we currently do not use registration codes.  If you purchase online, you will be given the opportunity to download the full version immediately after your credit card is verified (in real-time).

• Credit Cards
  Orders can be processed securely at the Blue Nomad or our PalmGear online store. 

  Please include your email address and hotsync username so that we can email you the registration code or software as the case may be. We do not mail floppy disks or CD's.

• Purchase Orders
  Purchase orders are accepted from government, educational and commercial entities, for quantities greater than or equal to five units. The following procedures apply:

  1.  Please include an email address and hotsync usernames with the purchase order so we can email the invoice and registration code or software, as the case may be.

  2. Use our online form for credit cards.

  3. For volume purchase discounts and government or educational pricing, please contact our sales dept.

  4.  Payment terms are net 30 days.

  5.  There is a $5 fee for processing purchase orders.
